PURCHASING AND DOCUMENTS ASSISTANT
General Trias, Cavite

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  2. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  3. Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  4. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  5. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
  6. Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm or change orders.
  7. Maintain updated records of invoices
  8. Research potential vendors

Qualifications:

  • BSC in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. Procurify or SpendMap)
  • Advance Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of market research.
  • Solid organizational skills.
